They will also work on tumbling, stunts and conditioning. Athletes must have been through Beginner Jr Cheer or have previous cheer experience before advancing to Intermediate Cheer level.Fall 2026 -
DanceDanceBeginner -- Designed for those with little to no experience, this class introduces basic dance techniques in a fun and supportive environment. You’ll learn simple choreography, improve your coordination, and boost your confidence on the dance floor. Whether you’re interested in hip-hop, jazz, or contemporary, this class offers a mix of styles to give you a solid foundation. Advanced -- For athletes that have passed Beginner Dance or have a dance background. Build onto your Jazz, Hip Hop, Contemporary and other styles of dance!Fall 2026 -

Open gyms are for anyone who wants to come try out gymnastics equipment, work on routines and skills, or just play and have fun! You do not have to be a gymnast and anyone ages 6+ is welcome. There will be coaches there to supervise play but will not be providing formal instruction and/or skill spotting.Summer 2026 -

NewPre-Team/Team: Tryout RequiredTeamTeamBuild your skills and gain confidence through competitive gymnastics! Team primarily operates year-round. Practice fees are paid monthly August-June. Any meet fees or apparel will be separate. Competition apparel must be purchased at the start of the fall. Teams typically compete in at least 6 area meets. We travel to areas such as St. Charles, Poplar Bluff, Farmington, and other AAU sanctioned meets that may require extra travel. Level 1 & 2 are competing teams for gymnasts that have completed Pre-Team with excellence. Xcel Bronze, Silver, Gold, & Platinum are competing teams with free form level providing variety of skills to choose from and the ability to create a unique routine.
