Shake, shimmy, and sweat at our high energy, pre-Thanksgiving Zumba party.   It's the perfect way to kickstart your long weekend!  No dance experience necessary, just come ready to move and have fun!  Modifications will be provided, so feel free to go at your own pace.  This is a judgement free zone, focused on stress relief, confidence, and enjoying your body in motion.
